Here’s everything you will need to make the easy protein baked oats:

  • oatmeal
  • protein powder
  • egg white
  • baking powder
  • carrots
  • water
  • sweetener
  • blueberries or other berries (optional)

 

How to make protein baked oats with egg:

Preheat over to 390F (200C)

To make this voluminous oatmeal recipe, all you need 50g of oats, 10g protein powder, 1 egg white, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 100g carrots, 1 tbsp sweetener, and 150g water and add it all into a blender.

Blend on high for 30 seconds until everything is combined and pour into an oven-safe dish.
