Lemon Baked Oats Ingredients:

Here are all the ingredients you need to make this delicious healthy breakfast recipe:

  • Oats –  since we are blending the batter, you can use any oats you prefer (quick oats, instant oats, rolled oats, gluten-free oats, or even oat flour) Note: If using oat flour, then you don’t need to blend the recipe and can simply mix it.
  • Egg – 1 medium size egg
  • Milk – use any milk you like such as regular milk, soy milk, cashew milk, or coconut milk. I like using unsweetened almond milk.
  • Sweetener of choice – I use a sugar-free (and calorie-free) sweetener Swerve. You can also use white or brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup to sweeten it.
  • Lemon juice – Freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Lemon zest – Zest grated from the same lemon.
  • Baking powder

For the yogurt lemon glaze:

2 tbsp greek yogurt

1 tbsp sweetener or sugar
