- Oats – since we are blending the batter, you can use any oats you prefer (quick oats, instant oats, rolled oats, gluten-free oats, or even oat flour) Note: If using oat flour, then you don’t need to blend the recipe and can simply mix it.
- Egg – 1 medium size egg
- Milk – use any milk you like such as regular milk, soy milk, cashew milk, or coconut milk. I like using unsweetened almond milk.
- Sweetener of choice – I use a sugar-free (and calorie-free) sweetener Swerve. You can also use white or brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup to sweeten it.
- Lemon juice – Freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Lemon zest – Zest grated from the same lemon.
- Baking powder
For the yogurt lemon glaze:
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp sweetener or sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

How to make the lemon drizzle baked oats:
Step 1:Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend for 30 seconds until combined.
Step 2: Pour the oats mixture into a ramekin or a small baking dish that’s been greased with some cooking spray and place it into your air fryer basket and bake for 8-10 minutes at 175 C (350 F) until fully cooked.
Step 3: To make the lemon glaze: mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, and sweetener of your choice in a small bowl.
Step 4: Take the lemon baked oats out of your air fryer and top them with a lemon yogurt glaze and serve.
