Desserts. It’s the first thing I think about when I finish my dinner. Almost every single diet I’ve ever tried in my life (and I’ve tried many. trust me.) has me cutting my favorite meal completely out of my diet. That’s probably the reason why I don’t stick to them for too long..(or just the fact that I have little self-control, but moving on..)
What I absolutely love about the keto diet and the reason I’ve been able to stick with it for over 3 months now is the fact that you don’t have to give up desserts. You can make that cake and eat it too, as long as you don’t overdo it.
There are so many different keto dessert option to choose from and you will soon find that you can enjoy almost all of your favorite sweets, even on the ketogenic diet. All you have to do is use a recipe that has slight alterations like swapping regular flour with almond flour and sugar with erythritol.
I love keto desserts so much I have even written posts about all types of desserts and their keto substitutes.
You can try delicious keto ice cream, creamy keto cheesecakes, if you’re short on time you will love keto mug cakes that are ready in 2 minutes or even keto desserts you can buy at the store.
Below are my all time favorite 11 keto desserts that my family loves and I keep making time and time again. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
