This easy think pork chop recipe for honey garlic chops is ready in just 15 minutes and results in juicy, sticky, and tender pork chops that will make your mouth water.
Ingredients
- 4 thin pork chops (boneless)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat up a pan with olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt, and better on both sides.
- Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on both sides then set aside on a plate.
- Melt 2 tbsp of butter in the same pan and add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add honey and apple cider vinegar to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens. (about 5 minutes)
