Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 2 bagels (your choice of flavor)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the bagels in half across the middle.
- Spread about 2 oz of cream cheese on each bagel half.
- Put smoked salmon on the bottom halves of the bagels.
