DIY Gingerbread Man Soap Recipe
You will be amazed at how quick and easy these gingerbread man soaps are to make. You can craft a batch of 6 in just minutes and give them as gifts or sell at Christmas markets for a nice profit.
Materials Needed
Here’s everything you need to make the soap bars:
Gingerbread Man silicone soap mold
Microwave safe bowl
Whisk
- 1 lb Soap base (half a packet)
- 2 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Make Gingerbread Soap Recipe:
Here are step-by-step instructions to make the soap:
Step 1: Start by taking the soap base out of its packaging and cutting it into smaller pieces. Put these pieces into a microwave-safe container. Follow the heating instructions provided on the package to melt the soap. Be mindful that the soap starts to solidify immediately once melted, especially around the bowl’s edges, so you need to act swiftly.

Step 2: Add the spices and vanilla to the melted soap. Use a whisk to mix these ingredients thoroughly until well incorporated.

Step 3: If the soap mixture starts solidifying before you’re ready, you can soften it again by heating it in the microwave for approximately 10 seconds.

Step 4: Carefully pour the liquified soap into your chosen molds. Let the soap sit undisturbed for a minimum of 45 minutes to set. Avoid moving the molds during this time.

Step 5: Once the soap has fully hardened, you can remove it from the molds. Now, your gingerbread man soap bars are ready to be packaged and given away as gifts.

Get creative with the packaging and use fun gift tags and ribbons to increase the sales of your gingerbread soap bars.
