How to make crochet a ghost:
Here are the step-by-step instructions to crochet a ghost applique or coaster:
Step 1: Select a white yarn bundle for the ghost base shape. Start with a slip knot and work 6 chain
stitches.
Step 2: Skip the chain next to the hook and insert it into the next chain.
Step 3: Work a single crochet into that chain.
Step 4: Work 1 SC into each of the chain stitches. You should have 5 chain stitches.
Step 5: Chain one on the hook and flip the crochet pattern.
Step 6: Work 2 SC into the 1st and last chain stitches of this row and work 1 SC into each of the chains
between. You should have 7 chain stitches.
Step 7: Chain 1 and flip again.
Step 8: Repeat the previous process; Work 2 SC into the 1st and last chain stitches of this row and work 1
SC into each of the chains between. You’ll have 9 chain stitches now.
Step 9: Chain 1 and flip the crochet pattern.
Step 10: This is our last row of increases. Work 2 SC into the 1 st and last chain stitches of this row and
work 1 SC into each of the chains between. You’ll have 11 chain stitches now.

Step 12: Work 3 chain stitches in the hook.

Step 18: Slip stitch towards the open side. Keep the slip stitches straight. Chain 1 and flip the crochet

Step 19: Work 2 or 3 more SC crochet rows next.
Step 20: For the last row, we’re doing a scalloped border. Chain and flip pattern. Work the following
