Are you looking for some easy no cook finger foods for parties? Here's a delicious 3-ingredient cheese ball recipe that requires no cooking. For more easy cold finger foods recipes, scroll up!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
Instructions
- Take a small bowl and mix together softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.
- Lay a piece of plastic cling wrap on your counter and spread the crushed pecan nuts all over it.
- Scoop the entire cream cheese mix on top of the nuts and use the cling wrap to form a tight ball.
- Then take another sheet of plastic wrap and wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 5 days. Serve with crackers.
