Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos
These smashed chicken Caesar tacos are crispy, juicy, and packed with classic Caesar salad flavor. Ground chicken is smashed directly onto tortillas, cooked until golden, then topped with fresh romaine, creamy dressing, parmesan, and bacon bits for an easy, high-protein dinner.

Ingredients
- 500g (1 pound) ground chicken
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- ½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons bacon bits
- Olive oil or avocado oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Add the ground chicken to a bowl and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Flip the tortillas over and spread a thin, even layer of chicken onto the back of each tortilla, pressing it down firmly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil. Place tortillas chicken-side down and cook for 3 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
- Flip and cook the tortilla side for another 1 to 2 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Top each taco with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and bacon bits. You can also toss the Caesar salad first and spoon it on.
- Fold and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
