Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken

1 lbs chicken breasts 2 eggs 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup cornstarch oil  2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup honey 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup ketchup 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Cut chicken up into bite sized pieces

Whisk eggs in a bowl; mix 1/3 cup flour and cornstarch in another. Coat chicken in egg, then flour mixture.

– Fill a deep frying pan with 3 inches of oil. – Fry chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown

In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan on medium heat, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.   Add sauce, simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the chicken into the sauce and mix to coat. Serve with rice and enjoy!

only coat the chicken with the sauce when you're ready to serve to maintain the crispiness!
